Returns / Refunds

We hope that you love your items, but understand that there are occasions that you may want to return items or you have received a damaged or faulty item. In this case, please email hello@ivybrown.co.uk to arrange a replacement and return.

Returns

In circumstances where you, the individual customer, wish to cancel the contract and return the product to Ivy Brown, you have 14 days to inform us of returning an item, and a further 14 days to send it in. Subject to the product being in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered to you, a full refund will be provided. Any and all refunds that may be provided will be returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to be received.

Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item. We strongly advise you to send items via a recorded mail as we are unable to provide a refund where the item is not received by us. 

Faulty or damaged goods

In the event you receive a damaged or faulty good please contact us via email with photos within 5 days of receipt of your order requesting either a replacement or refund.

Right to cancel

You, the customer, as an individual have the right to cancel the Contract. Your rights will depend upon the product you have purchased from Ivy Brown, the reason for the return and when you end the contract.

Ivy Brown reserves the right to refuse or cancel a contract for whatever reason. In those circumstances, any payment will be refunded, in full, or alternatively, not taken.

Refunds

Once you have contacted us you must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to return and not use them. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached. If tags have been removed or the items packaging is damaged, we will be unable to accept the return. 

Items that are returned and received by us after the 14 day return period will not be refunded. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
