Delivery
We currently only delivery to UK Mainland.
We aim to despatch all orders with 2-3 days subject to stock availability.
Certain items are made especially for us when ordered and will take longer – typically up to two weeks. Delivery timings are detailed on the product page with longer lead times noted.

LARGE/FRAGILE
3-5 working days - £15.00
FURNITURE (2 person delivery)
2 weeks - £60
Free Standard Delivery applies to orders over £100 for delivery to mainland UK only, excluding Large / Fragile and 2 person furniture items where a delivery charge applies.
The delivery charge will only be made once even if an order is part-shipped due to items being mixed between furniture and non-furniture, back-ordered or items sent direct from our supplier.
Damaged Goods
Please check all goods on receipt as any damaged or faulty goods need to be reported within 3 working days.
2 Person Delivery
For products that exceed size or weight limits, we offer a specialist 2-person delivery service.
Our team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.
If your property has any access restrictions, please add this to your order notes, and inform our team when they contact you.
Items will be delivered to your room of choice, providing there are no access issues and it is safe for our delivery team to do so.
For large furniture sets, packaging will be removed. Please ensure you fully inspect the product before asking for the packaging to be removed. Unfortunately, we are unable to send new packaging, and large items cannot be returned without it.
Note: We do not offer an assembly service.
